Founder of Fit Forever Coaching Club
Fitness, Health & Wellbeing Coach | Personal Trainer
Hi, I’m Marta – a passionate Fitness and Wellbeing Coach and the founder of Fit Forever Coaching Club. I specialise in helping individuals, especially busy mums and women, take control of their health, improve their fitness, and build a lifestyle that supports long-term wellbeing.
I offer face-to-face personal training across Wimbledon, Colliers Wood, Coulsdon, and Clapham, as well as online coaching for flexibility and convenience. My approach is personalised and holistic—focused on creating lasting change through fitness, nutrition, and mindset support.
What I Do:
– Personalised training plans tailored to your goals and lifestyle
– Individualised nutrition guidance rooted in balance and sustainability
– Mindset coaching to help you break through barriers and build confidence
– Specialist coaching for busy mums, including pre- and postnatal support
– Athletic coaching for women preparing for competitions (UKBFF)
– Group fitness classes in health clubs and private VIP settings
– Wellbeing & fitness retreats to recharge, reconnect, and reset
For me, this is more than a job—it’s my life’s passion. I believe healthy living is a journey, not a destination. My mission is to help you realise that it’s never too late (or too early) to start improving your health, strength, and confidence.
My Story
Originally from Prague, I trained as a pianist and music teacher before discovering my passion for fitness. I became the first certified Deep Water Aqua Instructor in Prague and later moved to London, where I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I’ve worked in leading UK health clubs as a trainer, group exercise manager, and fitness team leader—before launching Fit Forever Coaching Club full-time. Over the years, I’ve helped countless women feel strong, capable, and proud of their progress—on and off the gym floor.
I’m also a proud mum of two amazing children, who are my greatest inspiration and motivation. I understand first hand what it means to juggle family life, health challenges, and personal goals. That’s why I have a special place in my coaching for busy mums who want to feel strong, energised, and in control again.
My own journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve lived with autoimmune conditions since childhood, and in 2017, I had a cardiac pacemaker fitted after being diagnosed with heart failure. But thanks to lifestyle changes and a positive mindset, I not only recovered—I came back stronger. These experiences are at the heart of how I coach today.
Currently, I’m studying to become a Level 5 Nutrition Specialist to deepen the support I provide. My background also includes bodybuilding, with a national-level win in the UKBFF Body Fitness category in 2011.
Why I Do What I Do
I love the energy of teaching group classes and the transformation that happens when someone realises their own strength. I want every person I coach to feel empowered, confident, and unstoppable—whether they’re walking into their first class, training for a competition, or rebuilding after injury or burnout.
Because in the end, your health is your greatest wealth, and I’m here to help you protect it, build it, and thrive with it—at any stage of life.
